Booking and Payment

Reservations require a 25% deposit with full payment due 30 days before departure. Cancellations made 60+ days in advance receive full refunds minus processing fees. Cancellations 30-59 days prior receive 50% refunds. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before departure.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Remarkable Road Escapes is not responsible for expenses related to trip cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability and Safety

Participants travel at their own risk and must be physically capable of tour activities. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance but are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or delays beyond our control.

Modifications and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will work with customers to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
